So I get you have to be cautious with this whole corona thing but one thing is to be cautious and another is to be disrespectful... The delivery guy there yanked the pen out of my hand after I signed my signature and walked away like nothing . The lady that took our order had an attitude... Not ordering from this place again ✌🏽

I ordered a simple meal today at 4:08 just chicken and rice with two egg rolls and a drink, now mind you, the food isn’t fresh it’s soggy as ever. And they have the never to say it’s on its way 2 hours later. Not only is my food incomplete, the people have said they’d bring the rest of my food and never did. Bad all over isn’t the first time this has happened either, done with Lin’s garden

Best Chinese on this end of York (south)

This is hands-down the best Chinese carry-out in town. Food is prepared to order - always super fresh. Veggies are crisp, portions are generous. You can view the prep area from the counter and it always appears clean. Definitely recommended!

Just ordered food from them looks absolutely disgusting. Ordered chow mein says crispy noodles on description and they argued saying it was cabbage. No customer service rude and argumentative on the phone.

Best General Tso’s Chicken! Cooked to perfection nice and crispy, not soggy like most places. Crab Rangoons were also great. Would recommend for sure!

Found plastic in my food.

This place is a joke. In all the years I order they have made mistakes and I'm not the one to calm and complain. They take there sweet time in deliveries because I've been there and seen how they do things. Also I called to tell them they messed up on my order and this is the first time I'm complaining for them to say well dont call here no more. Really links garden. They dont care about there customers at all. Just fix my order. I always spend 45 or more and order 3 times a week from home and friend and families homes. No good. They lost a loyal customer. Also make sure to check your food literally check your food. I ordered 40 dollars of chicken wings and fries and wings tasted as if they were out of date for days I told them and he tried to give me 1 wing. Yes 1 wing. Have a good day and enjoy lins garden

Foods ok, high prices, small portions.

I ordered delivery last night, first time I've ever had food from there. Delivery process was easy, and the food was fair priced... But upon receiving my food I realized why it was so cheap. The crab rangoons that I ordered were delicious, but the general tsos chicken combination plate with chicken fried rice was not good.... Soggy, and the rice had literally no flavor, even the pieces of chicken in the rice tasted like nothing. Probably won't be ordering again.

Im in here and saw them drop egg rolls on the floor like 10 of them. They put thwm back on the tray and acted like I didnt see them just pick them up like nothing happened. The man who droppes them just looked at me and waved. Throw them away and be clean. I wont be coming back. Everything isnt about money

Great place to grab a quick, affordable lunch that's within walking distance of the hospital and college.

Terrible service and the food was terrible. The beef and broccoli was very fatty; not one piece was good. The prices werent especially cheap either. Go anywhere else like the place next door.

food good customer service trash af.... the cashier girl didn't greet me when i walked in she didn't even acknowledge me just walked past me to use the bathroom i stood there for 10 minutes while she took phone orders.... only after i finally approached her and told my order did she speak i said customer service tip greet your customers when they come in say hi and i left

This place is absolutely terrible, their customer service is disgustingly poor. They fail at taking simple orders and serving the correct meal to you, and the lack of initiative that they take to correct their mistakes is truly disgusting. I don't know how they stay open for business. I will never order from this restaurant ever again.

I ordered delivery the portions were good but food was a little to greasy and oily but It was OK I ordered chicken rice and noodles

Used to be great, however there has been a noticeable downgrade in quality.

I ordered chow mein and got a container full of what looked like boiled cabbage and chicken. And tasted the same. When I called back I was argued w/ instead of rectifying the situation and was repeatedly told chow mein is cabbage noodles. If you’ve ever had chow mein you know that. The menu states rice noodles on it. The picture of it on their website shows noodles. I will never eat here again.

Worst customer service experience EVER! We ordered C5 Chicken and Broccoli with WHITE RICE and they sent White rice and some pork meal that looks like bloody red meat sauce. I do not eat pork what so ever! Then we called to tell them, and they keep hanging up on us, saying we won't get our money back or we don't get replacement food! I will never come back here and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They are highly rude!I would rate 0 stars if I could

THIS WAS GREAT DELIVERY!!! it was very fast, cheap, and delicious. the man that delivered the food was incredibly nice and honestly if you’re debating ordering from this place, take my word and do it.

This is one of those places where the food either hits, or far far misses... Most of their "chinese american" dishes are amazing.. Chicken and brocolli is literally just chicken and broccoli .... Their "curry" is far from curry... Stick with what you know but their chinese is on point

Just ordered from there and it was terrible!!! Gotten food there before and it was very good but not this time! Shrimp fried rice had absolutely no flavor and the shrimp were very small and hardly any in it!! Also they forgot the General Chaos sauce that I ordered! Not Happy At All!!!

Food is mediocre at best. Will not longer order from them. Also, heads up, they only deliver if you tip them to their liking, otherwise they won't deliver to you. Not worth it to waste your time.

My favorite chineese takeout restaurant in york. Great prices, great service and good food. Also as a + they almost always have a naturally english speaking person answering the phone, which is a big plus if your like my lady and cant understand heavy accents over the phone.

Employees fought with me after giving me the wrong food

Not the same since the lady at the Counter quit a couple months back. Used to be my favorite place but now, not so much. Bad vibes in there now. They need a new leader to hold the others accountable.
